During her time in office, Barbara has been the recipient of numerous awards including the MNEA, MSTA, MFT and Missouri School Boards Association, outstanding Leadership in Education awards as well as the Pro Vote’s Legislator award, the BJC Health Care Hero Award, the Crystal Wagon Award of SSM Health Systems, the Hero award from UMSL and the Audubon Society Environmental Legislator award.
